Sorry to add to the bureaucratic noise but we should hold a binding vote of the PMC nominees to create the GridCF. To vote on the creation of the GridCF using the proposed governance document [1], please respond to this e-mail with a "+1" (for) or "-1" (against).<br>

In the interest of moving this process along, I will close voting at Monday 9am UTC-6 and will post the results of the PMC nominee votes after voting is closed.<br>
