[Gt-eos] gct and gsissh

Hi Jim,

one more question, it seems gsi-openssh never made it to official
debian/ubuntu. That means that if we remove it from gct there will no
longer be deb packages. I found some references that LIGO people are
using those. They might not necessarily need the special patches, but it
is probably good to have at least some deb version around.
