[Gt-eos] GT Documentation and mailing lists

HI Frank,

I guess another possibility would be to look at using Gitbook
https://www.gitbook.com/ to host documentation for this project.

Regarding mailing lists, I very much agree that we should preserve the old
Globus ones - or to obtain assurance that they will be preserved by someone.
