[Gt-eos] wiki page to disseminate work resulting from GT-EOS

Hi Mischa

I can pull this table tracking products out of this page and make it into a
separate page to make the page cleaner.  It may make sense to decouple the
products from the infrastructure using them as I guess many products are
concurrently used by XSEDE/OSG/EGI.  We could indicate which
infrastructures are reliant on the products as a new table column - if this
is thought to be useful?
