[Gt-eos] GridCF communication channels

Hi all,
So it seems that we will keep the VerifyClient configuration for
https://mailman.egi.eu/pipermail/announcement/  as it is actually
configured, the cert being optional it's not really a problem: as it's
optional people without a certificate won't see a prompt, and people with
one are already used to this.
