[Discuss] edg-mkgridmap upstream

Hi all,
the sources for that package are in these 2 places now,
due to some glitch that made me think the first was lost:

As VOMS-Admin is on its way out, I think we can stop bothering,
while people can just take the EL9 version from the WLCG repo:

edg-mkgridmap is a similar state with:

long since gone.

Looks like up to now I never built this for EPEL9 since I guess no one requested it.

Similar state, I'm happy to maintain it but it needs to have an upstream somewhere.

By the way a tag release in github is fine - no need for a tar ball or something like that/
