[Gt-eos] wiki page to disseminate work resulting from GT-EOS

Hi Brian, all,

OK - do you think it's worth us tracking the status of individual third
party software currently dependent on the GridCF page? If so, we can move
the current content on the wiki and ensure that it's updated.

While GridCF is of course a critical output of this work, one of the
original tasks that was done back in the summer was to understand the
impact of GT end of support and to ensure that different software
development teams are aware and have plans to move on.

Thanks

Matt
