[Gt-eos] Handling of issues

Hi,

OK, they will require an email address to which notifications are
forwarded. If we want to be contactable via support at gct.something we
should just set that up now and use it also for GGUS. Mischa also
mentioned a support email address for security issues in a recent message.

Maybe EGI could set this/these up so at least our lists are all in one
place?

Cheers,

Oliver.
