[Gt-eos] GridCF communication channels

Hi,
So the gt-eos is not really private:
https://mailman.egi.eu/mailman/listinfo/gt-eos
You can also access the archives: http://mailman.egi.eu/pipermail/gt-eos/ (even
if popping up, a client certificate is not needed, declining it allows to
access the content).

But in the end, it's indeed appropriate to have something more positive and
independent than "gt-eos / Globus Toolkit End of Service"...

If needed EGI can operate one(multiple) mailman mailing list(s) under the
egi.eu domain (or rename the existing one if possible).
