[Gt-eos] GSI-OpenSSH Packages for Ubuntu

Hi

I maintain a collection of scripts for LIGO that utilises GSI-OpenSSH
and GCT in order for collaboration members to connect to our various
clusters that run GSI-OpenSSH Servers. Today I've got a request for
support for the newly released Ubuntu 19.04, as I understand it the
GCT packages are supplied by the OS but I am unable to find packages
of GSI-OpenSSH.

Do any prebuilt packages exist or will I need to build my own?
