Thanks for pointing that one out. That whole section (installing binary
packages) should be overhauled. The globus packages in EPEL and Debian
(buster and sid and Ubuntu since disco/19.04) are actually GCT-based
packages but we currently don't distribute our own binary packages.
I've opened an issue (I didn't mention you explicitly, just let me know
