[Discuss] New GCT maintenance release

Dear all,

the GridCF PMC ([1]) has decided to make a new GCT release. This will be
a maintenance release including all changes since the last GCT 6.2
release from June 2022 ([2]) and shortly appear on [3]. An announcement 
will also follow shortly on our announcement list ([4]).
