[Discuss] Regarding gridcf/gct-documention

Hi Frank,

I'm on board with both renaming the repo (but would suggest something 
clearer like gct-docs-archived) and marking it as an archive in GitHub. 
Before we do the latter, I suggest that we add something to the top of 
the README.md to point to the new docs repo.
